The challenge

Industrial sales aren't a normal checkout: some clients buy a part outright, but many need a quote, an invoice and a human touch before they close. A classic e-commerce left half the buyers out.

The catalog is large and changes often —models, prices, stock— and the team needed to manage it without relying on a developer for every tweak.

And logistics weighed on the sale: quoting shipping by hand slowed closings and introduced errors. Costs and delivery times had to be calculated automatically.

The solution

We built the site in Angular with a searchable catalog and a dual-flow cart: buyers who want to pay do so online, and those who need a quote send their order over WhatsApp with the cart already assembled. Nothing gets lost between the two paths.

We integrated the DHL API to calculate shipping automatically by destination and weight, so the client sees real cost and time before buying. Firebase backs data, auth and the admin panel.

The panel makes the catalog 100% self-managed —content, products and prices— and concentrates leads and sales reports from both flows. The result was tripling qualified leads.
